Bistronomic concept that arises from the union of the word bistro and economic, has been very successful in cities like Paris and Barcelona, Palma being the next city to host this new culinary trend, with an attractive formula: extraordinary menus under cost designed by young local chefs in cities.
Safrà 21, under the direction of the young kitchen chef Dario Toledo, school of renowned chef Ferran Adrià, is the first restaurant Bistronomic in Palma, where you can enjoy a tasting menu made up of six dishes with the techniques of the great masters of the kitchen, Arzak, Adrià, Berasategui, rock, or Aduriz Subijana, seasonal products, accessible to the public for only 25 €.
Safrà 21 offers two dining concepts in Palma: the traditional rice dishes at noon and Bistronomic menu for the evening. Coca Mallorquina octopus, onion and tomato confit, veal Lane in its juice with pumpkin jam and pistachio, salmon tartare with mustard mayonnaise and set of spices, creamy rosemary, caramelized apples and vanilla ice cream, etc., are some of the dishes that the chef Dario Toledo has been proposed to captivate the palate of Mallorca. "It will be a nice challenge to conquer the taste of Palma with a tasting menu made using the techniques of Michelin-starred restaurants, € 25." said chef Toledo.
