This exclusive port at the western end of the island and the area around it remains largely "undiscovered" by the major holidays and travel operators.

The port of Andratx (which is 5km away from the town of Andratx) is considered as the most beautiful port in the Mediterranean, along with the surrounding mountains and the seaside restaurants and shops.

The area has remained unaffected from the surge in construction that has been witnessed in other popular areas on the island and has kept its traditional Mallorquin style.

The closest sandy beach is in Es Camp de Mar, approximately 4 Km away from the port. For many this is an asset of the area and is why it is still preferred by travelers and holiday-makers who like to book independently, rather than going to the popular areas that major travel operators offer deals to.
